Disney World

So we lost our minds and booked an 8 day trip to the "happiest place on earth" to celebrate Peyton's 10th birthday. I don't know what Florida's state motto is, but it should be Dear God, does it EVER cool off here?!

We've been to Disney World in June, October and now May.  And I can say with no hesitation, the next time we go, it will be dead of winter.  And even then, it will only be °60.  But no more heat for us thankyouverymuch.

We had a great trip, however.  We hit all of the parks (water parks included) at least twice.

Here are some highlights:

Yeah, FL is yucky like that. Evil, evil place. Glad you had fun at D-world though! Love the pics!

Looks like you had a good time!

I am kind of surprised a Texan thinks it's hot ANYWHERE, though

Helen, I've lived in the Dirty South my entire life and thought I could take humidity. Then I met Georgia and Florida. How those people function in that humidity is beyond me...you need a snorkel mask to breathe.

How simply ADORABLE! I just love her smile. And the sight of that hunk of a man in a pink teacup. Lose his man card for that? So worth it.
