I want to be a good blogger. I want to be funny, thought provoking, and write the humor of everyday life.  I wish I could at least take beautiful photos or create great recipes...but alas, that's not me.  But enough of the shameless plugs ;-)

Looking at Twitter and my Google Reader has shown me that blogger code apparently mandates I post about Earth Day.  So far, my 2 biggest post inspirations have come from my buddies in the bloggy world.

Since I can't possibly top their takes on Earth Day, I'll just send you on your merry way to them...

Helen--She laments the loss of Pluto.  I'm with her on this.  How can we possibly celebrate Earth when Pluto has been so callously demoted?

Tremendous News--Dee has posted a handy pie chart to show you how most of us are celebrating Earth Day.  He uses pretty colors and short words.  It's perfect for the on-the-go, ADD gal like me.
